Personal Training
Meet your goals with a fully personalised programme for one or two people training together. You can train in-person with me - indoors or outside - or online in the comfort of your own home.
Choose from the two packages below:
Foundation PT
Includes
4 x 1 hour personal training sessions, in-person or online, fully customised for your goals.
An initial 60-minute consultation to agree goals and an action plan.
A 30-minute block check-in at the end of every four sessions, designed to offer more personalised support.
Price
€45 per session for 4 sessions in Chalabre or online.
€10 surcharge per 30 minutes travel from Chalabre.
Advantage PT
Includes the foundation package, plus
Personalised home programme shared through an easy-to-use online training app.
Full online support between sessions to help you keep on track.
Price
€50 per session for 4 sessions in Chalabre or online.

Visitor package
Keep moving while you’re here on holiday, for a break, or for business. Experience new ways of moving and enjoy the local area with outdoor personal training for one or two people.

Private groups
Train with friends. Train with who, where, when and how you like. All the benefits of training with others, and still with personalisation. You bring your own group - any number from 2-10 people.

Community training
Meet like-minded people and enjoy team support and motivation with local small group training. Share goals, experiences and the collective joy of moving together. Never underestimate the power of a group!
We use bodyweight training - using your own body to provide resistance against gravity - to improve strength and cardio fitness.
Sessions are held at 9h in Mirepoix on Mondays, and Chalabre on Fridays.
