Build strength & confidence in just 4 weeks

Are you ready to start, or restart, your fitness journey with expert guidance and a supportive environment? Spring Strength Boost is a 4-week personal training programme designed for women who are new to strength training or getting back into it. With personalised coaching, you’ll build confidence in key movement patterns, learn to train safely with weights, and gain skills.

By the end of four weeks, you’ll feel stronger, move better, and have the knowledge to continue progressing, whether independently, in a gym, or in group classes.

What you’ll gain

Learn how to squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, rotate, and carry with proper technique.

Personalised approach

Get expert coaching tailored to your abilities, goals, and any injuries.

Safe strength training

Gain experience with weights and resistance training without risk of injury.

Choose between 2 or 3 sessions weekly, online or in person at my Chalabre location.

How it works

  1. Choose your 4-week plan

    • 2 sessions per week: €20/session (€160 total)

    • 3 sessions per week: €17.50/session (€210 total)

    • Train with a partner? Add €5/session (totals €200 or €270)


  2. Sign up

    • Register below - you just need to send me your email address

    • I’ll send a short form for you to complete.

    • We’ll have a call to confirm, and schedule sessions.

    • We get started!
