Move for Good logo - 'Move for Good: Build strength, support our communities'

Take part in ‘Move for Good’ events - where we come together to support local community projects for social or environmental good.

Participating in these events, we experience how fitness can be a force for positive change, both in ourselves and in the world. Physical capability is at its best when it has a meaningful impact, and the Move for Good program of events gives an opportunity for just that.

Who is it for? Participants

Move for Good is open to all. Whether you're already part of our fitness community or not, you’re welcome to join in these experiences. Participating in Move for Good events offers many benefits:

  • Physical activity: Use and develop your fitness and strength.

  • Mental wellbeing: Contributing to community or environment is fulfilling and boosts happiness.

  • Improve your relationship with movement: See how physical capability can create positive change beyond our individual goals.

  • Community connection and language learning: For clients new to the area, these events provide an opportunity to connect with the community and enhance language skills.

Who is it for? Local community and environmental projects

If you’re part of a local community and environmental project needing volunteers please get in touch. This collaboration offers a chance to receive more hands-on support for your projects and connect with new volunteers. Please get in touch if your project meets the following criteria:

  • Have a social or environmental benefit: We'll partner with community organisations with a clear purpose and commitment to social or environmental good.

  • Need volunteers with physical capability: The activities will require strength and or fitness, allowing us to put our movement practice to good use.
